How WorkOffload handles information submitted through this website.
Information you choose to provide
When you use our inquiry form, we ask for a name, company, email address, and a description of the work you would like to discuss. You may also provide a phone number, how often the task occurs, and an estimate of the time it takes.
How the information is used
The information is used to review your inquiry and communicate with you about a potential WorkOffload project. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a customer relationship or authorize WorkOffload to access your systems.
Form processing
Our website uses Netlify for hosting and Netlify Forms to process inquiries. Information entered in the form is sent to Netlify and may be stored in its form-submission system, where authorized WorkOffload account users can review it. The hosting provider may also process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. See Netlify’s privacy information for details about its practices.
Do not submit sensitive records
Please do not include passwords, banking details, employee or customer records, supplier pricing, confidential attachments, or other sensitive documents in the initial inquiry form. We will discuss appropriate data-sharing arrangements if a project proceeds.
Questions about your submission
If you have a question or wish to request that information you submitted be reviewed or deleted, please use the contact form and identify your original inquiry. We will evaluate the request subject to any applicable obligations. No specific retention period is promised in this notice.
